Using the convenience of the drive thru and having to come back then inside to correct their mistake, while the rest of the kids fod gets cold... Rude management because they have to correct their mistake...

It's McDonald's. You go there cause it's fast and cheap. Ot's not really fast and/or cheap anymore though. So it's kinda just an option now.

Went in and right off the bat is was freezing inside but clean. But my husband and I ordered 2 burritos each and a drink. Food came out quickly felt hot but the burritos were nasty. We only took one bite. There was no cheese in them. So we threw everything away and left. Also really werid they still have a Christmas tree in the lobby and you cant even access drinks to refill. So wasted almost $10 bucks. We went over to Wendy's for breakfast and it was a much better experience.

At 7:08am it was a freezer inside restaurant. No one should have to freeze while they eat in their food get cold. They did not have table numbers at the kiosk. It's like everybody's too lazy to stock everything. Their food is so greasy that it literally drips all over your clothes. They better hope grease dance come out of my pants. We are not even from Ashland we are from up north in Lorain County. I think because of how bad the food and service was we definitely should be compensated for this.
