I asked for extra cheese, they charged me, no extra cheese on burger.
Once I got to the second window, I was greeted by a lovely younger brunette who handed me the small vanilla shake, no Oreo added. I smiled, said I was sorry for the inconvenience, but I had actually ordered this with Oreo. She smiled back, kindly took it out of my hand & checked her screen & said she’d fix that right up.
