The staff ignore people at the counter especially if you have a backpack on. Once you do get someone to assist you it's 50/50 on getting good service or getting an attitude
Anytime I come thru the drive thru there is always an issue. I'm not sure if it's a language barrier or if they just don't care. They over charge constantly. If you correct them they pretend not to understand what I'm saying.
So I called to tell them for the last 2 weeks I never get any sauce with my chicken nuggets I go about everyday to this exact one and the manager on clock at 12:28 hung up on me 2 times acting like she dosnt understand me this horribl way to show customer service this McDonald's used to be one of the good ones now its like the Colfax ones.
