I ordered through the app because it advertises to be able to Maxx your chances for the limited time Monopoly offer. I received none of that. I customized my burgers and they did NOT do that. I was lucky enough to get the piece of paper on the outside of my burger saying that it was though. I then ending up having to wait an additional 6 minutes at the counter waiting for my order after putting it in 10 minutes earlier. Defeats the purpose of an online order when they make you wait an additional 20-25 minutes for 3 chicken sandwichs
Always a bad experience here. They forget my food multiple times and have long wait times.
I’m inside right now writing this review and I’ve been here for half an hour. I received my “meal” 20 min after ordering only to receive cold stale fries. My burger was missing all the add ons so I had to send it back. When I leave I will have been here for 45 min… stay away from here.
