Qtr pounder had way too much ketchup and onions. It fell apart.
I placed a curbside pickup order, but it took nearly 20 minutes for my food to be ready. After waiting in the curbside spot for 10 minutes with no update, I asked my wife to go inside to check on the delay. The staff member at the counter responded with, "You've ordered too much food," which felt disrespectful and unprofessional. Instead of bringing the order to our car as expected, they simply handed multiple bags of food to my wife to carry out, with no apology or explanation for the delay. Drive tru takes 15-25 min to get your order... they will have upto 5 cars lined up after the windows and you can wait for upto 20 min to get cold food delivered in a big bunch of bags... Order quality is always lacking and the long waits are annoying... especially when you get to the 2nd window and see workers horsing around...
