Always great service and nice people! I've been going here for the past few years and it is, by far, the best location in the area! The orders have been correct, the food is fresh and its always packed perfectly in the bag. It's also one of very few that seem to take pride in putting everything together. The burgers look like "the pictures" Lettuce and toppings are never outside of the burger itself. Always a great experience!
This McDonald’s has such a fun play place. All the tables were actually clean and I was actually greeted when I came in. I ordered dine-in (delivery to table) and they actually delivered the food to me and were nice. A lot of other locations are lazy and don’t bring the food which forces me to leave my son unattended. The food was fresh and the worker who delivered the food was friendly. They acknowledged me when I left and told me to have a nice night
One of the slower McDonald's I've been to. Food is standard fare, but every time I've been here I'm left waiting at the drive through for 2 minutes plus and awkwardly asking "uh... Hello?" Then once order is in, I wait. Everytime. Whether it busy or not. I wait. (2 mcdoubles and a large fry. Nothing crazy) Food is standard McDonald's. Not bad. Service is... Rough. Manageable in a pinch, but I'd rather drive a block to the next McDonald's and roll the dice.
I’m done with this location. The last three times I’ve been there something was screwed up. Cold fries once. Sweet tea when I ordered UNSWEETENED. Today I had to repeat my order 3 times. Twice at the intercom and once at the window. Still messed it up. Bring on AI.
I ordered two doubles with no cheese, the burgers came out with cheese so I decided to go back in to have them fix this (didn’t think it would be a big deal) and the customer service I received was a joke. They were incredibly rude, told me I ordered the incorrect way, and placed the blame on me somehow. I know I shouldn’t expect the best when getting McDonald’s but this was remarkably bad.
