Mobile orders take way too long. When I mentioned to the worker that I’ve been waiting for ten minutes she didn’t seem to care and took another ten minutes to get my food and didn’t give me the drink I ordered.
I gave it 4 stars cause. I didn't see a kiosk. I just use the bathroom and I really needed to, so they get a four star
Honestly what a waste of time. Ordered through the kiosk, it told me to pay at the counter due to card machine not working. Waited 10 mins to get someone at the counter. All the employees were talking at the back they saw me and didn’t approach me. I had to yell if Anyone was going to charge me and 3 ladies just laughed. This Mcdonalds needs a better manager and better customer service.
