My burger was obviously old and had been sitting there all day.
I went to this store twice in 1 week and have never had as bad as service as I have here. My food was cold and And mistake on all the orders.
Apparently, this is light ice. Every morning I ask for light ice in my iced coffee, even verifying that they heard me ask for light ice. Yet, every time this is how much ice they give me. And if I complain, I get the nastiest tasting coffee in return.
This usually a pleasant experience. My go-to for quick meals for both me and my son. However, large groups of loud, obnoxious, obscene teenagers sit right next to you, it ruins the entire visit. Your staff should put a chill on this behavior. Hopefully weekends will be better
Every order is missing items. Sometimes it’s only missing a sauce or side, other times it’s entire sandwiches, etc. The manager will not take responsibility. It does not matter if the order is placed in person, in the drive-thru, or via the app. It does not matter if the order is received by delivery, curbside, or drive-thru. Always missing items.
