And the DoorDash driver and I had to wait 20 minutes past the intended pick up time for my order to be ready, the drive-through was not backed up. There was nobody in the lobby. The employees were walking around playing basketball with receipts and not being clear about what was actually holding up the order. Please tell me when I placed a mobile order and I was told to pull over and waited 18 mins for all of my food to be on the super cold side? I would expect fresh hot food after waiting almost 20 dang mins!
The people working at this location have zero care for service the owner and store manager should be embarrassed by the staff running this place in to the ground I feel they need to be replaced immediately with a staff that has any kind of pride in their work. It blows me away that McDonald's pays these people 15-20 an hour and these employees have zero care for food quality. Shame on the management and franchise owner absolutely embarrassing. I will never give money to this company again.
