My friend got banned for something that wasn't their fault. Got accused for throwing a straw at someone, and the burgers are meh.
It's on my way home so I've stopped many times. The last four times they've gotten my order wrong or left something out of the bag.
There is zero customer service and management.
I placed an order on the app and went through the drive-thru tonight, July 9, 2026. When I pulled up to the second window, I heard and saw a heavy set male manager instruct the young guy at the window to strain the ice out of my Coke. (I had ordered a Coke with no ice) The manager walked away, and the younger guy proceeded to pour the Coke into a new cup, using his FINGERS and a lid to strain the ice out of my drink. First, they put it where the gas station next to it has to block people from getting to it with safety cones by crossing his property. So have fun with that. Next, its a lot cheaper to get an ice cream cone vs a hot fudge Sunday here because they dont put hardly any hot fudge on the Sunday and it cost twice as much.
