I tried to go to this location at approximately 9:35pm on a Monday, and their doors were locked. I tried knocking on the door and the employees saw me and walked away. All I wanted was to order a meal and sit down and eat. If the employee had answered the door and explained why they were closed, i would understand. They are unprofessional and often serve less than quantity products. Ivd received cold fries, stale buns in the past. This most recent visit is par for the course. I would not recommend going to this location.
They take too slow for food the get a order and forget about it and then remember
There was fries on the ground and they didn't give me my ranch with my order and they didn't give us any fries, and you need better coffee the coffee was terrible and the fries was filled halfway, workers had a attitude with each other.
Today I went for a hot tea with creamer, honey and lemon. Took them about 10 minutes to figure out how to punch that into the POS system and then they forgot my creamer so I had to go back. Then I realized they forgot my lemon when I was already halfway to my destination. I just want to know how this job is so difficult?…I worked this job at 17/18 years old on 3rd shift and had way more responsibilities and I still rocked it because it was so damn simple, lol. I guess I’ll just never understand.
