Placed an order at 10:01 AM. Arrived at the drive thru-speaker point and everything is going as expected. Busy, so understandably it was gonna take a moment to cash out and get my food. 10:08 AM I’m cashed out and told to wait because the sausage egg mcmuffin I ordered still had to have the sausage be cooked. So I wait and wait. It isn’t until 10:18 AM that I get my order-of which many people in line were already getting their order.
