Not sure who on earth was working when I went thru, but they need to pay better attention, learn to read, or quit. I ordered quite a bit of food for me and my family, and they forgot to give us two of the chicken sandwiches we ordered. My son had ordered 2 plain cheeseburgers, and guess what... They both had pickles, ketchup, and mustard on them. Seriously, it's not that difficult. We came around 8 at night and it wasn't even busy!
My family of seven was in this evening and I wanted to write a review solely on Mely's customer service. Although it was out of control busy she noticed I was waiting to place my order at the register, she took it but was patient with me while still trying to wrap my head around our large order. Then we were missing a few items so I went up to the counter and she got to me as soon as she could and got me them. She was helpful and friendly. Thanks Mely
