Trash service. Charged for items they did not have. Drive thru had to drive back for refund complete waste of time and management was not helpful at all. Stay away at all costs.
Been getting my coffee at McDonald’s for years 2 cream and 2 honey. Today they decided they’re going to charge for the honey. I argued with the manager for a few minutes, telling him honey has always been free if you ask for it with your coffee. He didn’t agree and told me I have to pay for it. I won’t be back and I’ll take my business elsewhere. Sept 18, 2025 – 8:30 a.m.
