Fries were soggy/cold, one of my chicken snack wraps had no sauce, and I paid extra for sauce, which they refused to provide. When I got my food I didn’t see any in there so I asked the girl for more, she handed me one(which was free as I ordered chicken nuggets) and I let her know I actually paid for extra. I've eaten in so many McDonald's across the United States that it's almost embarrassing to admit this one is by far in my opinion the best I've ever been to. Good location. They don't lock you out of the bathroom. Staff is friendly place is clean. Best Big Mac I've ever eaten. Fresh food, hot. I recommended if you passing through South Ogden on Harrison and 5700 South.
Visited this McDonald’s recently. Overall, everything was good – the food was fresh and tasty, and the staff were friendly. However, the kids’ playground area was extremely dirty. The tables, chairs, floor, and play equipment all need a thorough cleaning. Even the chair I sat on was sticky. It would be great if more attention could be given to cleanliness, especially in the children’s area.
Don't eat here. The younger staff is so sweet and helpful but the older ladies are so rude for no reason. I was getting a doordash order and one of the older ladies blew me off and ignored me wasting my time for work. It wasn't until a sweet teenage girl asked and help me instantly!
