I have never had a bad experience at this location until today. I had accidentally ordered a mobile pickup on the inside instead of the drive thru and instead of telling me to go inside to pick up they were very condescending and rude trying to tell me that this is “not how it works”. I would have been more than happy to go inside if that was the case but instead they acted like they had no idea what to do. Very frustrating.
At this McDonald’s, time does not pass, it stretches, thins, and eventually surrenders. You enter the drive-thru not to order food, but to confront eternity. Cars line up like pilgrims resigned to a ritual without end, engines idling as if whispering prayers to the indifferent gods of fast food logistics. Walked in for lunch on 10/21 and waited nearly 20 minutes for my order. It appeared that the staff was getting hit with a lot of phone in and app orders, but this particular location always seems to have issues. This will be my last visit...Taco Bell is just down the road. (Edit 10/23) Owner responds with a link for additional feedback. Sorry, I'm not wasting any additional time on this. My review is self-explanatory.
