Ordered breakfast bad this is what I got. Pancakes and egg blt is ok but this bacon and egg muffin is not satisfying.

I placed an online order for curbside pickup, but after waiting for 30 minutes nobody brought it out. Eventually, I had to go inside myself to get the food. To my surprise, the staff on the 5 PM shift were just standing around chatting with each other instead of doing their jobs. If you’re planning to order curbside here, don’t waste your time waiting — you’ll probably have to go in and grab it yourself. Unfortunately I witnessed how they treat the delivery drivers like they are "the second class" customers! They simply ignored the driver who came to the wrong counter. After several attempts to attract their attention, they treated the driver like a ... (I have no appropriate word). We are all humans and should be treated with respect. I suggest all the staff here, including the managers to get customer service training one more time. Treat people like what you like to be treated! Thanks 😊 I don't think I'll come again.
