Went to drive thru and order was right.1
I ordered on the app for the 1st time went through the drive thru they had me pull up to the reserved parking then had to retake my order then after 20+ minutes nobody came out with my order so I went in. No one at the counter waited more my order was sitting behind the counter for who knows how long. I finally got someone's attention no offer of any kind for the wait not even an offer to remake the food that had been sitting there for who knows long
Second time I've had to go in and prompt someone to give me my drive-thru order after being told to wait in one of the spaces. Sent to the curb to wait for my order. Minutes pass, people are going in and coming out with food, doordash type orders, I go wait behind a delivery order, my bag is ready and waiting the whole time, evidently for me to come ask for it.
Waites 30 minutes for the food and had to talk to a manager to get it and then it wasn’t cooked through and my kids got sick.
