They had my Drink on the back counter for 15 to 20 minutes even after asking for it they told me I would have to wait

I frequently order Happy Meals and several times I have not received ANY fries and most of the time, there will only be 10-12 fries. When I asked one of the young girls at the window if the fries were in the order, I was met with a snotty retort that "Of course they are, " without checking. I was very upset when I got home and there were NO fries in the box. In addition, there have been a few occasions as well the toy or apples were not in the box! I don't have this problem @ other locations.
The last few times we went. They forgot a few things and the food did not taste good. They used expired end pieces of lettuce that should have been thrown in the trash
If i could give 0 stars i absolutely would. The worst mcdonald’s i’ve ever been to, and i've even worked at one. They never fail to mess up my order each and EVERY time i come here. This place is an embarrassment to the franchise and I hope it gets thoroughly cleaned out because customers nor employees deserve this humiliating environment to be at their convenience. They can’t even interact with you as the customer, and they can’t even put the burger meat on your burger. Huge joke.
