Fries weren't great . Might have been out of their control. They did forget part of the order as well.
Today, July 22nd, the manager reached out and is looking into the situation. He was very professional and so kind. I put the rating to four stars because of their prompt reply. ______________ On Saturday, July 19th around 7 PM, my husband placed a pickup order at the counter. I would have put no stars if I could. This makes the 2nd time I went there after 9:30 pm. The drive thru line was so long and not moving. After 30 minutes waiting and still not moving..left for Burger King that didn't make you wait. What is going on at McDonalds in Dansville. They are going downhill so fast. Oh..forgot to say that the car in font and behind followed me to Burger King. Guess they got tired of waiting to order too.
