Just stare at you and refuse to come to the counter to take your order. Managers absolutely useless.
30 minutes for a carry out order. I went inside and the crew was working as fast as they could. I can’t give advice how to fix this, that’s management’s problem. But this is a problem.
The 2 people, a lady and gentleman that run drive thru in the mornings are amazing!!!
I came in at 10:35 or so. I placed an order and it was accidentally for the wrong location. That’s when this wonderful lady at the counter asked if I needed help and I recognized what had happened and she helped me cancel the order and place a new one here. She is the only good positive person I saw. Anyway they called out an order and I thought it was mine and so I went to get it and started to walk away and noticed it was the wrong order.
