I was just park in curbside 1 and was there for about an hour and no one came brought my food my name is Josh long and I want my money back
Ordered online, table service, put in table number, guy at the counter threw my bag on the counter yelled my name and took off back towards the back, I assume to work on another order, also this location has removed all the self service items, ketchup, napkins, straws, drinks... you have to go to the counter and ask, that wouldn't be so bad but there was a line of 5 people waiting and no one at the counter because hes in the back making food, so its not even worth getting anything from the counter. I said no cheese no breakfast sauce. The lady entered everything as I said & still ended up with this! Stop hiring people that can’t read . People spend their hard earned money here just to have small simple orders messed up ..
The buns are so hard, you can't eat them. Some employees are very rude and unprofessional. This my 1st bad review but the food was inedible. Go to the McDonald's on Oakvake road. It's much better
