The workers act like they have no care in the world me and others had to wait forever on the food. It's wasn't because they were busy either.
They weren't even busy and they were pulling every single car out of drive-thru with zero cars in line. When they do that, you don't get your sauce. You don't get napkins. You don't get any amenities. Yeah their drive-thru times look good to their district manager, but the service suffers. The guy had no idea whose food went where.
