Would give negative stars if could employees were in dining room arguing with each other. ordered five Happy meals and took just at 30 minutes to finally get them and had to send in my fiance to get them and when he went in all they were doing was standing around the counter saying that they don't know what's going on they just came on extremely dissatisfied completely unprofessional. This is coming from someone that has worked at McDonald's for over 7 years and knows exactly how it is so.
When you place an app order, it shouldn't take 40 minutes. If it does, it should at least be accurate. Coffee is undrinkable because they used sugar free vanilla. Orange juice is orange colored water. No taste to it at all. Manager was yelling at employees to stop yelling at each other. Constant flow of people going back to counter with incorrect orders. Kind of a train wreck.
Pretty poorly run McDonald's. They always forget several items when giving you your food. Inside was dirty and trash was on the floor. Also very slow for a fast food restaurant. I recommend going elsewhere.
Was in last night for dinner. Was not even busy were local and have had many bad experiences before figured we would try well its the last time we will ever be back it took 40 minutes for our food everyone in the kitchen just standing around talking and there was a dog in the kitchen as well do not go here once we got out food we was missing stuff as usual.... ticket number 261 on 07/01/2026 ordered at 8:57pm dine in and did not get our food till almost 9:40pm!!! Completely unacceptable!
