The posted hours on the door state the lobby is open until 9:00 PM on Sundays. I arrived around 7:30 PM and the lobby was already closed. I was told it was because there weren’t enough people to work the front, but I could see multiple employees in the store (at least four), including one cleaning. If the lobby hours are different in practice, the signage should be updated so customers aren’t making wasted trips.
I’m writing to share feedback about a recent experience at your location, in hopes it can be used for coaching and improving customer service.
