It was ok but they could be nicer
Stopped for what we thought would be a quick dinner on 2/27/2026 at approximately 5:20 pm. Ordered on one of the kiosks, and did not get a receipt. Tried to find a clean table, but there were none. Took 20 minutes to get our food. We were the only people in the lobby that had ordered food, and when we walked in there were only 4 cars in the drive-thru. The food was greasy. The chicken sandwich was tough....probably freezer burned. Could not eat.
What an absolutely terrible experience! Manager had the audacity to tell me I was having a bad day. I wasn’t before trying to get a QPC. Simple order placed at the counter but they somehow couldn’t figure out how to put it in my hands in less than 10 minutes so I asked for a refund. Manager was rude, dismissive, disrespectful and generally did her very best to ruin my day. McCorporate will probably respond and ask me to email them. No need, I already called and filed a complaint with your customer service department.
