I am extremely disappointed with the Oak Grove McDonald’s. I ordered one spicy snack wrap and waited 4 minutes and 57 seconds to receive it — despite there being only one car ahead of me. That alone is frustrating, but the wrap I received was even worse. It looked nothing like the advertised photos — thrown together, tiny, and lacking any effort or quality. Cooking oil needs changes. The chicken strips was terrible because of that. Great service tho.
Had to wait well over 10 min just to order food and they are all walking around making it look like they don’t see me. When I asked if anyone can take my ordered got rude answers “ don’t you see we are all busy” That lady in pic needs to be fired.
Unfortunately, the staff here is very unfriendly and extremely slow. They seem unprofessional and often don’t know how to do their job properly. Tasks are done incorrectly and have to be repeated two or even three times. Very frustrating experience overall.
