Can't get the simpliest of order correct. Every single time there is an issue. Have emailed with the owner/franchisee with the same ole "so sorry, we will try to do better". Was once offered a gift card but, big surprise, never received anything. I don't understand how the order can be wrong when there is a sticker, right on the front of the bag, with a detailed list of each item that should be placed inside.
