If you go inside staff ignores you. Took 20 minutes to get a drink(out of ice?) 1 egg McMuffin Ordered on app. Forget refills if you eat inside. Staff avoids you like you have the plaque. Kiosk equals no personal service. McDonald’s stock will eventually crash if people stop putting up with this no service. Hope you save millions with your no refill policy!
