The standard McDonald's Experience
I know it was busy today 11/8/2025, but I waited almost 20 minutes for my food to be dropped at the counter and when I bit into my burger I couldn’t believe how mushy it was. I looked at it and realized it was 95% pink. Looked like it saw a grill for 15 seconds and was thrown on a bun. Of course didn’t finish it. I won’t be ordering from this location anymore.
Update: The area manager contacted me and seems to actually care about the missing items and quality of service. Changing from 1 star to 3 star. At least I can be reimbursed for the missing items. Every single time I order from this McDonald's something is missing or wrong. EVERY...SINGLE...TIME. I think the only possible reason it could stay in business is that it's two blocks from a college.
