We were deciding between In&Out and McDonald's. We like both but we were closer to McDonald's. Big mistake. MCD is more expensive, absolutely no service since they've introduced those troublesome self order kiosks and the meal itself was lacking.
Employees are rude and our orders are always missing items.
Absolute horrendous service. Too many workers in the back and none would help. One worker, who wasn't even on the clock yet, kindly got an employee who was on the clock. She had a terrible attitude. Missing items in my kids happy meal too. No apple slices and no apple juice. Very disappointing in the staff.
Showed up 10 monites before closing and got turned away. Closing time should be closing time, not the time employees want to leave. Made me wait minutes to let me know they cant take my order.
They gave me a mcspicy but I didn't order other spicy so they made a new burger and it's spicy too! Wth
