We used to go here all the time, as we buy lunch for our staff. We've had the same problem as others I have read on here. The fries are never filled to their capacity. A large fry can be filled as low as a medium size but never above the lip of the box. I have complained to McDonald's as well as this location and they offered us a free meal. That was back mid 2025. Can't count how many times my order has been screwed up here. Latest is 2 Big Mac's w/cheese ordered with no onion, to tomato, and no lettuce. I get 2 Big Mac's with only American cheese on them. Who orders a Big Mac with no sauce?? That's what makes it a Big Mac right?? Could have ordered 2 double cheeseburgers on the value menu!! Then I have a Bacon Double Cheeseburger and it comes with no fricken bacon. Seriously! lmao Had the sticker right on it that says "Bacon" Double Cheeseburger lol. What will be next?

Your staff sucks. Gave us our food but not our drinks then wabt to argue and ignore me when we ask whete ate our drinks. I had young grandkids that were thirsty and didnt understand why they couldn't have there drinks. Rude woman up front. We go to McDonald's all the time and this one was on our way home off the interstate. I've never had problems like I did from here. Looking at all the complaints I've been reading looks like you should of already made changes to your employees.

lately i have been sick & forgetting things, i ordered another medium fry which should've been a drink for my friend. the manager on shift, his name is Justin & he was really kind and sweet towards me. he offered to give me both the fry and drink, and the staff was overall kind as well, but I had never gotten this experience before! a true kindhearted person, thankyou Justin! have a good thanksgiving!!

Breakfast was good. Lunch was gross. Hamburger pink inside and cold. Both times I had lunch the meals were cold and very greasy. Very expensive too.

I'm not one to normally eat at McDonald's but I LOVE the coffee. I had excellent customer service when I went through the drive thru. I was impressed with the service that I received even going for just a cup of coffee. The lady had a positive attitude, and I felt like she went above and beyond. I didn't see a badge, so I did ask her what her name was. She said it was Stormy. Sometimes it's the little things that make your day.

I'm going to boycott this restaurant. When I had lunch there a few days ago, I was charged $1.59 for a small water. In the past, McDonald's gave a small water to their customers for free. I honestly believe that a small water isn't worth $1.59. I'll start eating at Hardee's. They give water to their customers for free.

Went there the other day and the manager at the register was coughing and said she had bronchitis and was at work and now I don’t feel good . If you’re sick stay home and don’t come into work and make other people sick

i ordered threw door dash and 1st McDonald's forgot half my food some of which being for my 3 yr old and i ordered a bacon double quarter pounder which they also forgot and when they resent out the rest of the food i got the RAW bacon double quarter which i was really looking forward to but couldn't eat because who wants raw meat. i can understand steak being a little rare but that at least taste good n wont make u sick. like what if i was giving this to my child.
