Literally the WORST location I have ever been to. I’ve been waiting an hour for my food. They had me & many other cars pull to the side from the drive-through and sit here. People from the drive-through behind us has been constantly getting their food. We have went inside trying to get our food or atleast to see what was going on and they’re just rude and not helpful. Whoever was working today, July 5th at 2:25pm, deserves to be recognized. From the person taking our order, to bringing us our order and I think a manager-we’re just so nice! Seems like maybe they were short staffed and took a little longer than normal but I appreciated their positive attitudes and friendly demeanors.
I’m not one to leave negative reviews but this one is warranted purely because of how the evening crew handles orders. (this has happened before). I Placed a mobile order at 9:30 and arrived at the store in 10 minutes only to find a lot of cars waiting. We waited for an hour, some people tarted leaving their cars to walk into the store to check because it had become ridiculous at that point.
