I’ve been to multiple McDonalds that have been built or remodeled now and are using some sort of new system. I’m here to tell you that this new system does not appear to be efficient whatsoever. Service is extremely slow now, for instance, after dinner tonight my wife and I ordered 2 ice cream cones. After waiting at our table with our numbered table locator for 15 minutes, I had to go up to the counter to “remind” them of my order. 🙈 This is in no way a reflection of the employees necessarily, just a poor system that makes... read more
The staff was lovely. I was extremely hungry. I had no other options around. Also, what the heck is going on with the prices. Make McDonald's Affordable Again
The slowest most useless people on earth. Ordered one burger and fries, the brought me the wrong food 10 minutes later, when they finally gave me the right food, I was missing my fries and my burger had cheese on it.
2nd time in 45 days that it took 45 mins or more to get our food. Misplaced our order again even after we asked about it.
