Don’t stop unless you have 45min to an hour to wait in the line. Today 3/13/2025 me and several cars finally got tired of waiting and left. I’m not the kind of person to complain but this is the 4th time I’ve had issues there. Even if you go inside it takes forever. Last time they had everyone pulling into parking spots to wait for their food which took FOREVER. The time before that it was the same thing having everyone pull into a spot and all I ordered was fries and a sprite and the kid tried getting me to pull into a spot... read more
Went to pickup food last night and kids meal was missing completely and one of the burgers had a completely raw patty on it. Had to drive all the way back to pick up kids meal and get the burger replaced. Not so much as an apology that the food was raw and missing. Bagged it and threw it on the counter. They never seem to get any orders right anymore and it took 30 minutes to get through the drive thru when pickup up original order. This is absolutely ridiculous. Somebody needs to retrain the staff on how to be human.
EDIT: I notice they replaced the screens finally after months of being down. Today I tried to order and could barely understand the guy on the mic. Predictably they had me pull up to wait on my food for an extra 10-15 minutes over the time I spent in line to order..... I guess I'm done with McDonalds for a while. Unreal man. I constantly am asked to pull forward and wait. It takes forever 15-25 minutes, and occasionally I've had to actually go in to get my food that they've completely forgotten about.
