Customer service, awful. Food, cold and wrong. Manager argued with me on what I ordered, then charged me for their mess up. Ordered a caramel mocha frappe, first I received a caramel frappe (no biggie, easy mistake). Went to get it fixed and ended up with just a mocha frappe. My mother ordered a sausage mcmuffin, repeated it 3 times, and still ended up with bacon. Again, we just spent 30.00 on ice cold food, wrong orders, rude managers, and incompetency.
Friendly people but there must be 10-12 people working, 5 customers and every table is dirty. My son and I sat at the least dirty one.
Twice in 3 months, wrong order, really bad customer service. Worst McD's we have ever been to, and we have been to many around the country.
Lately the service has been terrible at this location. The person at the register has to fill orders with her back turned to customers lined up waiting to place orders. Saw three Managers, two sitting in booths and one on a stool completely unaware of things not running so smooth. Also saw a cook putting Canadian Bacon on the grill without gloves on. A lot of customers were getting irratated.
went to McDonalds in Vidalia this morning...It took 30 minutes thru the drive thru!!! The guy working the last window was too busy hanging out the window talking to his homies and not doing his job!! Surprising? Not at all...when I got to the window he left to go take the same friends a drink outside to their car (after he pulled up his saggy pants) GEEZ!!....u just can't get good help anymore...disgusting!!! Would have went to Papa T's instead if they had been open that early!
