I get they maybe short staffed but I can’t even get a refill One of the workers just stared at me and walked away If it’s an issue then put the soda machines back in the lobby

I attend this McDonald’s often for my lunch break. I only get 30 min for my lunch break and going through the drive through takes the same amount of time. I ordered a quarter pounder combo and they had me pull off to the side and wait for the order while several people behind me were helped. 20 min of waiting made me go inside to see what the problem was and turns out they just forgot my order completely.

As far as fast food goes, it is what it is, fast food, and we all get that Big Mac craving. We come here on occasion for the happy meal toy or a quick bite. I had to comment on the service. Usually we go through drive thru and the experience has always been great. Even when they make a mistake the manager is SO kind to remedy it. However.
