The food is OK here but sometimes the French fries are clearly old and have been sitting. So, if you visit after 9PM be aware the fries will not be fresh.
Waited 28 minutes for my food at 10:20 pm. Somehow when it came out it was cold, and my burger was raw. There was a large amount of people waiting as well. The employees served a friend that came within 2 minutes but one of the other customers
The staff is rude and unhelpful. The food is usually cold and undercooked. Just ab all around unknowable experience. Dont waste your money.
Ordered a big Mac no cheese, it said it on the box no cheese and there was cheese on it. Also ordered a mocha frappe which we had to wait 25 minutes for in a parking spot. French fries were tasteless. Don't go there unless you are really desperate.
