I have to admit that the food wasn't very good because it was almost cold. My fries were lukewarm at best. We know how it goes with fast food, right? Wrong! The service at this location blew me away! They were so dope! I take my kid to this location for the play area, she loves it. While sitting there, the staff actually comes around to check and see if you need anything. Ita super sad that you bring your kids to McDonald's to play in the play place and they have it closed for a managers meeting at 4 in the afternoon. You'd think this would be something they would plan earlier in the day. Poor lack of planning.
They need to offer customer service again. They need to be customer focused. In their pricing as well. The customer pulls off the road and comes into their restaurant to be ignored. Use the screen. Because the corporation has decided the customer does not matter. No wonder fast food restaurants are closing the doors on so many locations. They have lost sight of the customer.
