Horrible service and clearly someone can't read. Ordered Deluxe Crispy chicken meal and got Spicy. Like really annoying when you think you are going to enjoy a meal for it to be completely wrong. Asked for Sweet and Sour bc it has always came with one to be told that would be $.50. absolutely ridiculous.
I went to the drive-thru it was my own atmosphere that was only four stars!
A nice location, ruined by the rude manager (obese, African American male) and a particularly unprofessional employee (extremely thin African American male with short braids) who drops your order on the counter and turns and walks away like he's mad at you about something, before you can even correct your order. I asked him a question, and he didn't even bother to approach the counter -- I had to yell to him from 20 feet away (and he wasn't even busy -- just standing there doing nothing).
