Was only one in drive thru line. Had to wait a long time for food. When food finally came out the employee had a tray full of drive thru orders because at that point there were 4 other cars waiting for their order. Food was cold.

You guys need to do something about people who can't follow basic directions. If a road is one way, and people call you to complain that drivers are blocking the entrance by going to wrong way YOUR company needs to do something about it! That is YOUR responsibility because it occurs on YOUR property. If you can't be bothered, then close up shop and never return. Nuggets were good and hot, staff handled themselves nicely, and the restrooms were clean.
