We were told to go to the next window waited there for 5 minutes then yelled at to move up. Then once we got to the next window the lady asked if we had cash and when we said no she scoffed the proceeded to take 10 minutes to run the card then we sat there to get two sandwiches. One of the worst experiences of my life.
Walked in to order food. No one on front counter no one near to be seen only drive thru. Went to self serve kiosk. Completed my order by myself. Walked up to counter. A rude manager she came to get another order to front line I asked for my drink cup while I waited. She told me I would have to give her a minute. Cups were right next to her mind you.
