Here we go again! Room temp fries and no chicken nuggets in either meal deal. Tried calling but of course no answer. Thanks again! Btw.... Received a message about previous incidents and asked to go in app to address my issues, but still no help at all. Guess I haven't learned my lesson yet.

I came to McDonalds at 11:30pm on 3/18. I know, I know I hate to be that customer that comes in right before closing but that doesn’t give you the right to refuse to take someone’s order. When I pulled up to the speaker, the lady (named Sierra) said “I will take your order when the cook comes out the bathroom” didn’t even ask what I want & never came back. I’m not really sure what they do in there.. as it takes forever for any kind of service at all.. but twice they haven’t taken my order at the drive thru speaker box and twice now, too, I was the second in line - with an online order, so I’ve already paid - and I’ve had to wait over 10 minutes for them to 1) take my order and verify the mobile code and 2) hand my food off to me. Literally wrote this review while being second in line still. Seriously about to drive off even though I paid. Ridiculous.

Honestly I dont understand Placed a mobile order its the best way to ensure that the food you order will be correct. Pulled into the drive through at 11:43 pm and there was one other car at the next lane and I was in the outside lane at the ordering screen. I was not acknowledge until 11:59... the car next to me waited even longer as he was here prior to me. Pulled up to the window to pick up my order and i was sitting there at the pickup window for about 10 min before someone ever came to the window. No explanation as to wh... read more
