Terrible service and posted hours are never right at night prices are getting crazy for what you get
McDonald's on Route 30 across from Westmoreland Mall. Ordered at the drive thru window. Sept 30, 2025 @ 7:30pm. Ordered chicken tenders & large fries. The large fries weren't hot at all. Tasted like they were sitting under the heat lamp for awhile cold and greasy. Took the fries back in. Told them I had a complaint told them the issue, the man said, he could make me a new batch of fries. But I was on my lunch well dinner break, I didn't have time to wait. What happened to this McDonald's??? It used to be wonderful with hot food and quick service. It's the opposite now. Complete opposite. Here on a Thursday afternoon. 4 cars. No movement in drive thru. I wondered if the inside was closed. Sooooo slow during the week too I guess. Pop tastes like seltzer. Ugh. Soooooo slow on the weekends. Unrealistic wait times in drive thru. Pop is always flat.
