Horrible food!!!
They're philipino male manager just trots around doesn't help workers. Just talks to his friends and doesn't help when people are waiting. Bajit did a good job though
Service is so slow.... always.
HUMBOLDT. Where do I start. How about everything! Burgers are dry. Fries/hashbrowns have been cooked and left on warming shelf or in basket for who knows how long. Service is terrible. Dirt under fingernails shows they don’t clean and who knows what is under them. Flies are climbing on everything from ceiling to food preparation areas. Boooo Humboldt McDonald's! I brought my travel mug in for a coffee but they refused to fill it, claiming they wouldn't be able to safely stir it afterwards. I'm trying to reduce waste and help out the environment but corporations like this McDo's are impeding my efforts. Shame on you! Time to update your policy! In fact, people who bring in their own reusable cup should get a 25 cent discount on coffee!
