Staff refuses to do their job. My husband pulled up this morning, I understand it was early, just before 5am, but the place is open 24hrs. He was the only one in the drive thru and no one came to the speaker. He tried going inside but the lobby was closed. Pulled back to the drive thru and 5 people were now in line.
