Last time a few weeks ago they didn't put the chicken nuggets in the happy meal. Today after waiting in spot 4 for at least 18 minutes (ordered on the app for curbside at 11:56am and it's now 12:27pm and I'm still waiting) I went through the drive through to see why "we'll have your order in 2-5 minutes" was significantly longer. Anyway, subpar service. Food is fine. Curbside service is questionable.
The food is better than average at this location. They consistently have fresh, hot, and salted fries. Update: they retrofitted the store with new automated equipment. It has made them slower so I've reduced their service from four stars to two stars and reduced overall from four stars to three stars. Sometimes automation is for the sake of automation, and it doesn't make any sense to ruin a perfectly good store that was running great prior to the automated equipment retrofit.
Ordered online. Waited 5 minutes before actually pulling into the drive thru so it would be somewhat ready when I arrived. Relatively small order. Wasn't ready, waited at the window for 10 extra minutes after sitting in line for at least 5. They forgot 3 items. Went back through drive thru, very very long line. Asked if I could just park so they could bring it out to me. He argued and said I'd be the last to be helped. What?!
