I have been going to McDonald's for many years. I went in an older lady took my order. I had the McDonald's yellow cups for a complimentary drink. The older lady said that we don't honor the yellow McDonald's cups. As a result, the older lady said that I have to charge you for large coffees. I told her keep the 6 burritos, for I won't ever eat here again. No wonder there customer rating is so low....
