It takes long time, like 30 minutes. We ordered for on table but they give us as too go. We noticed, Order was ready but they kept it back.
Being an exemplar manager, Mr Sina has consistently provided courtesy and quality customer service; very good job
Kiosk wasn't working properly so I stood at the register for at least 5 minutes waiting for Staff that was too preoccupied to notice me and come take my order; I seemed invisible until the gentleman pictured here came and asked were they coming to the front to take our orders as we both stood there for some time; All that to only to be given cold, over-salted food.... Gotta exercise situational awareness and serve hot food. Was not a pleasant experience for me at all....
