This is the worst mcdonalds in prattville. One time I ordered a happy meal for my child and they gave us a year old toy. This time I ordered a large sweet tea they gave me a regular and when I asked if I was gonna be charged for a large because they were out of large cups. Instead of just giving me another cup or something useful the Employee wanted to get smart and say"its a 40 cent difference!" Worst McDonald's in the city still to this day. My hash brown tasted stale and my coffee wasn't even hot. My mcgriddle was hot only and fresh only because I asked for no cheese. They need a better management that makes their cooks take pride in their work
FORGOT THE RANCH!!!!!!!!!!
Had almost 10 cars placed around the parking lot waiting for their order. Drove away the realized missing part of the order. Disappointing
