Went through the drive thru ordered a sausage biscuit with cheese, sausage McMuffin and hash brown asked for grape jelly they said they charge which is crazy but ok cool I said I'll pay then the manager said I'll have to get back in line to get the jelly I'll never go to that McDonald's in my life again so I drove to another McDonald's and told the manager there the situation she shook her head said sorry that I even had to stop at another location and ask me how many Jelly's I wanted if I was y'all ill never go to this McDo... read more
Could not count 2 hashbrowns lol
While attempting to order my breakfast through the drive thru this morning, I could barely hear the person on the other end and they could barely hear me. All I heard was loud blaring music that had lots profanity!! When I got to the window, I was informed that a manager named Chris was playing extremely loud music. Which I could still hear at the window!! This is wildly inappropriate and unprofessional!!! The employee I spoke to did not know his last name. But I know for a fact, his name is chris!!!
They messed up my order, forgot all of our sandwiches and took a very long time.
