I was the only car in the drive-through, yet I was told to pull forward and sat waiting for 15 minutes with no explanation. During that time, not a single other car pulled in. Employees at the window rolled their eyes, stood around talking with coworkers. No “thank you,” no “have a nice day”… nothing but attitude. It wasn’t just slow service, it was dismissive service. Management here is great easy to deal with and I did a great job on my food and I felt like I had a very good service thank you very much McDonald's on Reynolds and Hill!!
Getting service here (dine in) is almost impossible and everytime we go through the drive thru our order is wrong!
The man working the drive thru who CLAIMED TO BE THE MANAGER wasn’t wearing a shirt at all period. Sweat pouring down onto our food. When I said something about it he said it was “105 degrees in here, I don’t care about your food I can just refund you or just not give you your food period” when I said something about calling corporate he informed me “they allow him to do it so it doesn’t matter what I report “
