They are just unbearably slow. It doesn’t matter if you’re inside or in the God forsaken drive thru line. Inside at least you can walk out, drive thru you’re stuck. It doesn’t matter what time of day you go. They just can’t figure out how to get the “fast” in fast food.
Went about 11pm - not many vehicles going thru the drive-thru (one lane open late at night) but getting the food was a bit slow so it held up the line.
The lady in the payment window doesn't know what a brownie cookie means. I asked several times and she gave me a chocolate chips cookie. Also she made fun of me with her colleges in front of me because I asked many times to confirm, and still they delivered the wrong cookie. Very rude and ridiculous.
