It’s Christmas Eve … and I know it’s a busy day (breakfast & lunch switchover) and alot of customers … but I did a preorder on the app … for breakfast because my youngest daughter wanted sausage egg McMuffin . I promised her yesterday … but as I drove from base and almost to the McDonald’s like 10:40 it got canceled … I ordered before breakfast and lunch switch 1000 …. Coffee, bacon and crispy hash browns
The worst experience from the supervisor on duty. She yelled at me after I was complaining about my missing chicken McNuggets . We called multiple times prior to coming back down but no answer. She said she yelled because I was raising my voice. She refused to give her name, and the other male worker also refused. Very horrible experience, and terrible customer service!
First they forgot my 2 cheeseburgers that I ordered. Then I replaced another order adding on a mccrispy and it was raw. Unbelievable service!!!!
