Marjorie is amazing. Unfortunately when she is off its a mess... On the week-end its a disaster. Took a whole 5 minutes for someone to just aknowledge me, mean while there's only one car in front of me.... not to mention they took a whole 5 min to aknowledge this client. No apologies,explication, nothing. I know stuff can happen but every week-end theres something today was just the last straw. I even came in one day and there was no coffee!
