We first ordered two of the specialty drinks. We ordered at the kiosk and paid at the counter. The lady behind the counter obviously did not know what she was doing. She had to ask a coworker for help. Then one of the drinks were made wrong. The Mango Pineapple specialty drink says it contains strawberry popping Boba, and there was no popping Boba in the drink. What is the point of having table service if you aren't willing to bring the order out when it is ready?
Update 05/31/2026 Still decent, occasional order wrong. Still good service, drive though slow sometimes. 10 to 15 minutes if slightly busy. Previous 2025, Decent food, good service. Some days better service. All depends on crew.
