The staff and management seem to lack decency. They don’t care about your experience or complaints. They consistently know the smoothy machine is not filling drinks properly and they don’t do anything about it. Even as it gets worse. The managers are mean and inconsiderate. I may need to drive to a further McDonald’s. This is offensive
Don’t waste your time unless you enjoy sitting on the curb for 15-30 mins. This location never has their shit together..
I had a really bad experience at this location. I placed a mobile order at this location and when I showed up they refused to give me my order despite me giving them the code and providing a digital receipt showing that it was placed at that location. They told me they couldn’t give me my order because they didn’t see my order on their computers which to me makes no sense because if it wasn’t on their computers then why did the person on the speaker ask me if I wanted my receipt and unfortunately I was forced to drive away w... read more
