Terrible service the fries out the box
Absolute worst service (if you can call it that) of any McDonalds anywhere..and that is coming from a former McDonalds manager. Lobby was closed during operating hours.. OK,, so I go to the drive-thru.. nobody would answer the speaker. Ok, so I go to the first drive-thru window, then the second. I was about to call 911 and report that the store was likely being robbed. Due to proximity of my work, I visit this location more often than others. I have to say that my food it always hot, the people still say thank you in the drive thru and not just hand you your food and walk away like so many others. Everything seems fresh and I always see someone cleaning something or another. While it is McDonald’s and one must put everything in perspective when setting up expectations, this one definitely holds a candle above many others and I highly recommend them.
Nothing wrong with the food but the cashier for the drive through was very rude and short with me. They always forget things like straws and sauces even if you ask multiple times. Id rather drive 20 minutes to a different mcdonalds than order from here again.
