Hi, came back again. I’ll start with I’m a regular guest in this location. Monday night around 10:20 I went to use bathroom and get a cup of coffee. Lady block the way, she said it’s closed, she was very rude and she said don’t you see the close sign. I ignore her rudeness went to use restroom and Google the hours, they supposed to close at 12 am everyday. I was just in McDonald's right now. The customer service was great, everything hot. And on time the only thing there was this issue. A customer came in and customer didn't like the price of the food it was buy one a regular prize, and the second $1 So the person who was severing couldn't cancel the order she asked the manager in charge and let her know that she can't cancel the order and she had to put out-of-pocket the person who is serving the customer. Wow este lugar es el peor muy mal servicio alas personas seles cuando están cosinando y seles cae algo lo recojen y lo buelben a echar 😡 una vez vimos una rata 🐀 ahí osea ni por ni madre yo buelvo a este lugar aparte que la maniger nose si es una señora gordita blanca es pésima maltrata muy feo alos clientes y alos de la cocina aparte de eso se equivocan con las órdenes y uno esperando asta por 30 minutos mientras no cambien todo eso yono regreso ahí como que si uno a pedirles yega
