You order and they immediately ask you to go park somewhere else so they can keep their customer service waiting clock to a bare minimum. Then they forget about you for 20minutes. Service is slow and like their clock, a bare minimum.

We needed to ask for napkins ,was not in the bag, not on the counters either,no ice cream available,no ice in the machine,my poutine was cold with just a bit of gravy,no fork on the bag,ice tea and cola zero was awful,there 3 boys with no manners that did not order any food! We had to change tables because my son was afraid of them. VERY GAD EXPERIENCE I WANTED TO PUT ZERO EVERYWHERE BUT COULD NOT!!
