If I could give -5 stars I would. Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Always wrong — always cold, always a super long wait. Im going to just start going to Wendy’s. It’s consistently so terrible.
I thought McDonald’s trained their people and processes very very well. This location is an absolute exception As their operations are in total disarray…. and I have to tell you this is a location waiting for your disappointment Don’t even bother calling them up to complain, they say they will look after you, but they lie. Check your order. If they call you out For their mistake, oh well, too bad so sad for you they don’t care
It seems like every time I get takeout from this location something is missed. Like today, 5 hash browns. If you buy from this location pullout Avery item and take an inventory report prior to leaving as they seem unable to fulfill this simple task.
No service, they are all about doordash and ignoring the customers actually there. There is never a cashier and god forbid they even try to get your order right. I am done !
It’s actually a surprise to me when they get my order correct. Sometimes it’s the complete wrong order, sometimes it’s extra food I didn’t order. Tonight it was unsalted fries, one sauce for 10 nuggets, and no straws. I haven’t worked at McDonald’s so I can’t say for sure but it can’t be that difficult right? It is just a new batch of employees every other day? I’ll be going out of my way to avoid this place now. Ps. Older lady @ 1st window in the mornings’ deserves an immediate paid vacation
