Anytime I have ever gone to this McDonald's late at night the lineup is always super long and takes forever. One would think that they would realize it is the only one around the area open and would have more people working until midnight. But nope.
This place has officially become the worst McDonalds in HRM. Got there at 6:45 am, you know, a pretty normal time for a weekday morning since people are heading to work. 4 cars head of us, no big deal. We order 2 bagels, an OJ and a coffee. Simple right? Nope! We sat at the second window for a good 10 minutes (I timed it) before anyone opened the window, to then be told "Sorry no one prepped cream cheese today, pull ahead and we'll give you your food there". Don't bring your kids here. Claim to have playground but it's a miserable sight for age 9 birthday girl. She were very disappointed and I'm pissed. Yall used to be so popular among kids... what happened? I guess babies is better since they can't complain about yall playground. Anyway off I go figure out a good playground that better suit for 9 year old girl.
Why be open 24 hours if you dont have the staff to actually get the food out in a half decent time. We arrived at 5:25 and were told at the order window it would be a few minutes before our order could be taken. We waiting 5 minutes. 2 customers left the drive through during this time. Finally had our order taken and we're told it would take a few more minutes to get the order together.
