20 minutes to wait for a delivery order since the former manager left. This store is below the expected performance. There is no good administration. They are very slow and there are many workers, but the wait is still worse.
Only to-go orders but you can eat inside, and you have to show a receipt to use the restroom
We waited FOURTY FIVE MINUTES for some chicken nuggets kids meals. I understand things get busy but when we tried to check up with staff, they looked us dead in the eyes and walked away in the middle of while we were talking. Meanwhile others waited literally 5 minutes for their much larger orders. Idk how the hell theyre deciding how to prioritize orders but they need HELP. Hire more people, hire better people, get a better system idk but this is honestly insane.
