I don’t typically leave reviews let alone bad ones, but man I’m angry. My boyfriend and I had ordered in the drive thru and he read the order back to them and they even had us check the screen and when we paid we had been rung up (not to our acknowledgment atm ) for something different. I’m glad I checked the bag and receipt because we wouldn’t have even known. I didn't even know it was possible to be bad at being mcdonald's 🤦♂️ this is supposed to be like, baby's first employment. Mcdonald's is the gold standard for low skill job how are we messing this up. Staff is WEIRD like cant be bothered to do anything. Messing up the most simple stuff. What a mess
Apparently you have to be a robot to eat here as the restrooms are locked and getting someone to open the door is such a hassle
Just waited 20 minutes for a doordash that was printed out and being ignored and they were only worrying about drive thru. Management and employees are so unorganized. And someone was waiting for a very long time for an order of fries and getting annoyed and then the manager gave a horrible excuse about it. This place is pathetic. And had people waiting to order food as well and being ignored as well. And it wasnt even busy. The employees are also slow
