Had a rare Mcdouble burger on Saturday , bun was even bloody.
I asked for no tomato and they gave me an extra tomato. They also forgot the bottom part of my burger
Ordered at the drive thru, was sent with everyone else to reserved parking. After 20mins and all of the cars clearing out went inside to inquire about order. Was told by the manager they had no record of the the order. Manager refused to rectify or refund (as they had no receipt) even though there are video records of every vehicle including license plate.
Went in for the Minecraft meal and a few extra requests and everything worked out perfect. Great service and a clean convenient restaurant.
After I stood there for 6 minutes, I didn't even get to order. But the employee got his in 10 seconds. While I do enjoy the view, I'd rather have my food
