I have now 3 times placed a mobile, driven to the store, and then been told the system is down or updating and they cannot fulfill the order. Honestly, at this point I do not even believe that is necessarily what is happening. This morning all I had was a large black coffee...maybe at that point just give me the coffee, since your system has failed and I drove here? Best McDonald’s in the city love all the staff & my food is always fresh good and my order is never messed up and they always ask me do I want to use my app which I love !!

Placed mobile order for two soft drinks, get to this location and they refused to put in our order because they were just about to do breakfast. It's 2 SOFT DRINKS THAT WAS ALREADY PAID FOR!!!! Shut down the app and stop stealing peoples money if you aren't going to fufill the order. 2 times this has happened once at this stupid location and once at E Alexis.
