I was very unhappy with this location. It took about 20 minutes to get my food. I thought for sure it was going to be fresh. By the time I got it it was cold and they didn't give me my full order. I gave them the receipt to show what they screwed up. They took it back and came back out with the wrong food again. 30 minutes for wrong food that's cold is ridiculous you didn't
Fresh food and very great customer service.
This is a first and I am blown away. I ordered extra salt on my fries as usually most McDonald's dont salt them enough when made. Usually when I do this I get fries and salt on the side. Not how I ordered them. This time I got my fries with extra salt actually ON them. Also the rest of the order was as ordered. Quality was great. In my opinion one of the best McDonald's I have been to ever so far.
It's like very rude unprofessional manager, who when I brought up the fact that he made us wait at the drive-thru for 10 minutes while he visited at the counter, decided to slam the window on us! Worst customer service I have had in McFarland ever!!!
